Return Policy

We want you to love what NotNormal has to offer, and we're willing to do as much as we can to make you a customer for life.  Afterall, NotNormalness will always be a part of you, so we're here to make sure you can always represent it.

If products purchased from the TheNotNormalLife website don't meet your expectations, you may return them with the packaging slip within 30 days from the date of delivery. The following exceptions apply and are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or refund:

• Worn items,

• Washed items,

• Sale items,

• Items without tags,

• Stickers,

• Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees, and those fees will not be included as part of the refund. unless otherwise agreed to by a NotNormal representative in writing.

Return Process:

1.  Email info@thenotnormallife.com or contact us via website message.

2.  Describe your return request and include your order #.

3.  We'll get back to you within two business days.

4.  Ship your item per the instructions provided in our email.

5.  Agreed upon returns, exchanges, store credit, or refunds will be processed upon receipt of returned item.

6.  Refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment with 7-30 days.
